ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.605 of 2017.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case on 30.07.2017 in Crime No.605 of 2017, under Sections 420, 406, 408, 468, 471 and 101 I.P.C., but, subsequently, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, a case has been registered and investigation has been done and the matter has been referred as "Mistake of Facts" on 04.08.2017 and the report also has been filed to that effect before the concerned Jurisdictional https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner by way of reply has submitted that no notice has been served on the petitioner, with regard to the filing of the final report.

5.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to send RCS notice to the petitioner by RPAD within a week. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available under the law.

6.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
