O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the third respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 18.01.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner belongs to Schedule Caste. He further submitted that the proposed accused, who is working as Sub-Inspector of Police, Sipcot Police Station, has trespassed into the petitioner's house on 14.01.2018 and 17.01.2018, and damaged the doors, windows and household articles and criminally intimidated the petitioner by saying her caste name and hence, the petitioner has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

lodged a complaint before the third respondent on 18.01.2018, but so far, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that already the petitioner has filed Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2052 of 2018, seeking the relief, not to harass the petitioner and the said petition was disposed of on 06.02.2018. He further submitted that the petitioner's husband is s history sheeter and against him more than five cases are pending. He further submitted that the third respondent has conducted enquiry, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 18.01.2018, and after enquiry, the same has been closed as false complaint.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available under the law. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(P&A) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To
