ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Crime No.88 of 2014, on the file of the respondent police for offences under Sections 498(A), 406 and 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner is now before this Court seeking Anticipatory Bail.

2.It is seen that on 12.08.2014, this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner till the conclusion of mediation and the case was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and failure report, dated 08.01.2015 has been received from the Mediation Centre

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the Stated and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the defacto complainant is that she was deserted by her husband and that she developed intimacy with the petitioner herein and the petitioner had promised that he will marry her and had taken lot of money from her.

5. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint against Theivakani/defacto complainant as early as on 21.08.2012 before the Commissioner of Police, alleging that she is demanding exorbitant interest from him, for the loan received from her.

6. Under such circumstances, interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner is made absolute. If the petitioner had already furnished sureties, he need not furnish fresh sureties. The Petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
