Respondent in both CRPs Prayer :- Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the fair and decreetal order dated 25.09.2019 passed by the Learned Principal District Judge, Pudukottai made in I.A. No.167/2019 and 173 of 2019 in O.S. No.40/2015.

ORDER:- These Revision Petitions coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petitions and affidavits filed in support thereof and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Pudukottai vide D.No.1859/2021 dated 31.3.2021, requesting for extension of time for a further period of 2 months to dispose of the suit pending on its file, this Court made the following order: The matter is posted today under the caption for 'extension of time'.

2. It is evident that this Court has directed the Principal District Court, Pudukkottai to complete the evidence in OS.No.40 of 2015 within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and thereafter, to dispose of the suit within a period of two months vide order, dated 28.01.2020. It is also evident that, subsequently, at the instance of the learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai, eight months further time was granted by this Court vide order, dated 09.07.2020.

3. The learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai has submitted another requisition dated 31.03.2021, stating that the trial could not be completed due to the Pandemic situation and sought for two months time.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and the reasons assigned and also considering the Pandemic situation, this Court is inclined to grant the time sought for. Accordingly, two months time is granted from today to comply with the order of this Court, dated 28.01.2020.
