O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal pending in Na.Ka.No.2208/2025/A1 based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2025.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents 2 and 3, notice to the respondents 2 and 3 is hereby dispensed with.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject property is ancestral in nature and that the petitioner preferred an appeal in Na.Ka.No.2208/2025/A1 seeking cancellation of the patta standing in the names of the respondents 2 and 3 in respect of the subject property and issuance of a joint patta in the names of the legal heirs. Since the said appeal has not been considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submits that the petitioner's appeal will be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Recording the aforesaid submission and without going into the merits of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity to all the parties concerned, within a period of sixteen (16) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
