2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner was acquitted vide judgment dated 23.07.2014 in respect of C.C.No.13 of 2013 and in view of the judgment passed on 23.07.2014, nothing remains for further adjudication in this matter.

4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
