ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Pursuant to direction of this Court, it appears that the articles, documents, certificates and cash are being handed over by Mr.M.Meera Mytheen, the father of the first petitioner to Mr.M.A.Mohamed Gani, the father of the defacto complainant on 11.02.2015. The copy of the memorandum of compromise has been produced before this Court. The same is placed on record.

2. It is seen that Mr. Meera Mytheen, the father of the first petitioner and Mr. Mohamed Gani, the father of the defacto complainant have signed in the said memorandum of compromise in the presence of the elders belonging to their community.

3. In the said compromise, it is clearly stated that the defacto complainant will withdraw the complaint in C.S.R.No.57 of 2015, which is the subject matter of this anticipatory bail application. 4.Mr.S.M.A.Jinnah, learned counsel appearing for the defacto complainant is contesting the same.

5.Mr.Meera Mytheen, the father of the first petitioner is present before this Court.

6. In the light of the understanding that has been arrived at between the parties, nothing survives in the Criminal Original Petition and hence, the same is closed.
