:Respondents/Complainants PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent to register a case against the accused persons based on the petitioner's complaint dated 31.05.2017 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent, to register a case based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 31.05.2017.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that as per the contract entered into between the petitioner and the proposed accused, the petitioner has done some civil foundation work for installing windmill at the cost of Rs.15,44,803/-. He further submitted that the proposed accused has paid only a sum of Rs.4,12,650/- and the said accused has not paid the balance amount of Rs.11,32,153/- and hence, the petitioner has lodged a compliant before the second respondent on 31.05.2017. But sofar, no action has been taken.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
