ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents particularly the third respondent to consdier the Petitioner's representations and reminders as submitted by him dated 14.5.2015, 18.01.2017, 31.01.2017, 26.2.2019, 16.7.2019 and 6.11.2019 for providing Electricity Service Connection to his property bearing Survey No.1240/2B situated on the southern side of Kovilpatti-Rajapalayam Main Road and south of Mangamal Salai, Thiruvengadam Town Panchayat, Ward No.11, Thiruvengadam Village, Tirunelveli District.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The case of the Petitioner is that the above said property originally belongs to his father Late Mr.Ramasamy and till his death, he enjoyed the said property by digging a well and by obtaining Electricity Service Connection in S.C.No.86. After his demise, the Petitioner and his three brothers partitioned the said property by metes and bounds. The Petitioner was enjoying his share of property without any disturbance. Since the Petitioner is an yoga master, he wanted to start a Yoga Centre at that place. The Petitioner had sent several representations to the respondents to provide electricity service connection for that place and lastly submitted a representation on 6.11.2019 to the third respondent requesting the same relief. The same is said to be still pending. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition for the above stated relief.

Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 6.11.2019 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 6.Post the matter under the caption ''for reporting compliance'' on 8.4.2020.
