ORDER

The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of proceedings in HMOP.No.307 of 2021, from the file of the Family Court, Thoothukudi to the file of Sub Court, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District. The Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. Considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No.307 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Thoothukudi is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court at Ambasamudram, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. The Family Court, Thoothkudi is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Sub Court at Ambasamudram forthwith. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
