This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.372 of 2013.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the second respondent has registered a case in the year 2013, so far, investigation has not been completed and final report is also not filed.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is almost over and he seeks 10 days time to file a final report.

final report within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
