For Respondent : Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- for Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.416 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.416 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The material collected so far points to the culpability of one Syamala. She is said to be the main accused. She has not been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.1264 of 2020 arrested so far. Only after she is arrested, the role played by the petitioner may come to light. Therefore, the question of arresting at this stage does not arise. The respondent will issue notice to the petitioner, if there is a proposal to arrest him, after the apprehension of Syamala. The petitioner shall be given breathing time to move this Court for anticipatory bail again.

4. This criminal original petition stands disposed of, on these terms.
