Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.269 of 2019 dated 31.01.2019.

2. This Court by an order dated 25.06.2019 directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- in a fixed deposit in any one of the Nationalized bank at Paramakudi in the name of Jasvandh on or before 01.07.2019.

3. The petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court by an order dated 25.06.2019. Hence the petition is dismissed.
