RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition (b) imposed in Crl O.P (MD) No. 22040 of 2022 dated 14.12.2022 to the effect that the petitioner may be permitted to appear before respondent police as and when required, instead of appearing before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PON KARTHIKEYAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition (b) imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22040 of 2022, dated 14.12.2022 to the effect that the petitioner may be permitted to appear before the respondent police as and when required, instead of appearing before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1033 of 2023 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22040 of 2022, dated 14.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first Sunday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
