ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have partially complied with the Order passed by this Court. The respondents have not disbursed any salary for the past Six months.

2. It is submitted on the side of the respondents that the salary would be paid and the same is automatic. However the Order passed by this Court is complied with. When the respondents have fixed the seniority of the petitioner for the post of Work Inpsector as 61(a) and Overseer as 55(a) and he has placed between one Mr.M.Arivalagan and V.Venkatraman. Since the order passed by this Court is complied with there is no contempt.
