This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.praying this Court to register a case in compliance of the direction passed in C.M.P.No.5891of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel on 13.06.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent/State and perused the records.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that a case in Cr.No.10 of 2014 has been registered based on the complaint given by the Petitioner.

4.In view of the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
