This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent, to register a case based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that based upon the complaint, the F.I.R., has been registered in Crime No.32 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C. 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
