For Respondent : M.Anantha Devi, Govt.Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.MP(MD) No.1697 of 2019 in Crl.OP(MD)No.1032 of 2019 dated 27.02.2019. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD) No.1032 of 2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.1032 of 2016 on 21/01/2016 regularly, and he/she/they pray for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.1032 of 2016 on 21/01/2016 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
