ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has borrowed some amount from the Tamilnadu Mercantile Bank, Sivagangai Branch for buying a tractor and thereafter he has been regularly paying the instalments. The Bank Manager has filed a suit in O.S.No.34 of 2011, on the file of the Sub Court, Sivagangai for recovery of amount and that being so, the said Manager has lodged a complaint before the second respondent, based on the said complaint, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, an enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed, as it is relating to the civil dispute.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
