O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the third respondent is the neighbour of the petitioner and he has filed a suit in O.S.No.775 of 2005 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Madurai, seeking permanent injunction and the said suit was dismissed on 09.02.2015. After 10 years the petitioner tried to put up a compound wall to his house and for that the third respondent is objecting and also criminally threatening the petitioner and his family members. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent. But, sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 10.06.2017, directing the parties to approach the Civil Court.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to workout any other remedy which is available under the law. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(RTI) /True Copy/ Sub-Assistant Registrar To 1.The Commissioner of Police, Madurai.
