PETITION FOR Modification Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7475/2019 dated 29/05/2019 and to direct the petitioner to appear before any one of the police station or court in Chennai instead of reporting before the Inspector of Police, Palani Town Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m., ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed against the petitioner while granting bail to the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court had granted bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall stay at Palani and report before the Inspector of Police, Palani Town Police Station, daily at 10.00.am, until further orders. The petitioner had complied with the conditions regularly till date. Since he is facing life threat, he has filed the present petition to modify the said condition.

3.Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that for the purpose of the petitioner safety, this Court may modify the said conditions instead of reporting at different places, the accused persons shall be directed to report at one particular place. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has no serious objection to modify the said condition. He would further submit that the petitioner may be directed to appear before the Tiruttani Police Station, Thiruvallur District to comply the condition.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is directed to appear before the D1, Tiruttani Police Station, Thiruvallur District, daily twice at 10.00.am, and 05.00.p.m untill further orders. 6.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. sd/- 01/07/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
