ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide adequate police protection so as to fence the petitioner's property in Survey Nos. 13/10B, 13/10C, 13/10D, and 13/10F, situated at Kullaneri Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District, based on the survey certificate issued by the 3rd respondent vide proceedings dated 17.10.2025, vide four boundaries No. 015147 and 015162, within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Mr. A.S. Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2, and Mr. P. 2/5
Thambidurai, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), takes notice for the 3rd respondent.
3. The petitioner shall submit a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent, and upon such submission, the 2nd respondent shall call the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter, and act in accordance with law.
