ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to implement the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, cum Special Judicial Magistrate, Special Court of Exclusive Trial of Land Grabbing Cases (FAC), Karur in Crl.M.P.No.80 of 2022, dated 03.09.2022 by registering the FIR against the proposed accused persons namely the respondents 2 to 5 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that in pursuance of the direction of the learned Magistrate, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.2 of 2023, dated 21.01.2023, for the offences under Sections 120 B, 420, 465 and 468 IPC on the file of the District Crime Branch, Karur.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of .
