ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.817 of 2010 dated 25.10.2010 within the time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.817 of 2010 dated 25.10.2010, which was registered for the offences under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 452 and 506(ii) IPC r/w Sections 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, within the time as stipulated by this Court.

4. Resisting the same, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that even though the case has been registered on 25.10.2010 on the basis of the complaint given by the wife against her https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

husband and in-laws, investigation is over and after that, it was closed as action dropped on 10.07.2015 and hence, he prayed for dismissal.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) this petition is disposed of.
