ORDER
Seeking direction to the respondent police to comply with the order made in Crl.M.P.No.5105 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, and to register the FIR against the proposed accused within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, fairly submitted that the same will be complied within a period of one week.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is allowed directing the respondent police to comply the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5105 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
