RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl O.P (MD) No. 22238 of 2022 dated 16.12.2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MARAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22238 of 2022, dated 16.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and final report was filed before the concerned Court.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22238 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned First Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli, on all the hearing dates, without fail. It is made clear that the petitioners shall not enter into the jurisdictional limit of the respondent Police till the completion of trial.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
