ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 21.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there existed property dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5.

3. Admittedly, there is no enforceable decree or order from the competent civil Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner against the respondents 3 and 4, 2/4

enquiry was conducted and at that time, the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 have given statements dated 24.09.2022 to the second respondent stating that they will approach the competent civil Court and as such, no further action is necessary, recording the same, the complaint was ordered to be closed.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
