Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SEENI SULTHAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10867 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.590 of 2019, dated 02.01.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10867 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.590 of 2019, dated 02.01.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has strongly opposed to relax the condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.871 of 2020 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10867 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.590 of 2019, dated 02.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
