O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the proceeding in SE.Mu.No.01/Sipcot P.S/Thudi/2023, dated 03.01.2023 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same and further direct the respondents herein to grant permission to the petitioner's sangam to conduct a meeting on a further date. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the second respondent, after considering the petitioner's representation, has passed an order dated 03.01.2023, rejecting the permission sought for.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they are ready to conduct 2/4

meeting in a closed hall or private property such as marriage hall and they are also ready to restrict the people and to produce the list of the participants and also ready to abide by any conditions to be imposed by the first respondent.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the first respondent and on receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders and in case of giving permission, by imposing necessary conditions.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
