Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner at the time of surveying and fencing his property in Survey No.2/1A1E, situate at Karupillaiyendal Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District. ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to the survey and fence the petitioner's property.

2.Mr.R.Saravanakumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 08.12.2020 was registered in Current Petition No.116/INSPR/C5PS/2020 and posted for enquiry. 3.Considering the aforesaid submissions, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation dated 08.12.2020 submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD). No.2094 of 2021 by the petitioner based on findings and on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order, after giving sufficient opportunities to the third respondent and the petitioner.

4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is dispose of.
