O R D E R

This petition was filed seeking transfer of H.M.O.P. 136 of 2019 now pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Sankarankovil to the file of Sub Court, Sivakasi. The said H.M.O.P.No. 136 of 2019 has been filed by the husband for dissolution of marriage.

2. As directed by this Court, notice was served to the learned counsel for the respondent before the trial court. Pursuant to that, Mr.Shanmugaiah (Cell No.9486631555) the learned counsel has appeared through on-line and submitted that there is no objection for transfer the case .

3. In view of the above, this petition is allowed. Accordingly, H.M.O.P .136 of 2019 now pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Sankarankovil is directed to be withdrawn from the said court and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Sivakasi to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.19 of 2019.
