O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.12.2017.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based on the promise given by the proposed accused, he has executed a sale deed in favour of the proposed accused, but the proposed accused has not paid the sale consideration of Rs.37,00,000/- (Thirty Seven Lakhs Only). Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the third respondent on 02.12.2017, but so far, no action has been taken.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the third respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
