O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent, to register a case based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.12.2017.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the Managing Director of the Company namely 'Arunodhaya Enterprises', in which the respondents 4 to 8 are Directors. He further submitted that the respondents 4 to 8 created some false documents, with a view to grab the company properties. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the third respondent on 01.12.2017, but sofar, no action has been taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that in respect of the same facts, already the petitioner's husband gave complaints and based on the said complaints, cases have also been registered in Crime Nos.269 and 270 of 2004. Charge sheets were also field and cases also taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy. Hence, the present compliant is pending for enquiry.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the third respondent is directed to enquire the matter and if the facts alleged in the present complaint are covered in the previous complaints, then it is open to the third respondent to dispose of the said complaint in accordance with law. In case the enquiry reveals are different offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
