ORDER
This writ petition earlier came up for consideration before this Court on 21.03.2024. As there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed on 22.03.2024 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner either in the pre-lunch session or in the post-lunch session. In the circumstances, this Court is left with no other option, except to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.
2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
