ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.169 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other officer not below the rank of Inspector of Police to conduct investigation in accordance with law and file final report.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case investigation is going in a right direction and seeks three months time to complete the investigation.

3. In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
