The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 20.06.2015.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given complaint to the respondent on 20.06.2015 in respect of money transaction, but the respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.
3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.362/2015, petition enquiry has been conducted and on 23.07.2015 the petitioner herself withdrew the complaint. He further submitted that based on the earlier complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.35 of 2015 on the file of the District Crime Branch.
