RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Condone the delay of 170 days in filing Crl.R.C. petition before this Honourable Court against the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate NO.II, Virudhunagar in Cr.M.P.No.13502 of 2019 in C.C.NO.314/2019 dated 06/05/2019 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.VENKATESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 170 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar in Cr.M.P.No.13502 of 2019 in C.C.No.314 of 2019, dated 06.05.2019. 2.Heard both side.

3.Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed for allowing this petition.

CRL MP(MD) No.586 of 2020 this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
