Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the case is pending from the year 2014, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.209 of 2014 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
