ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 465, 468 and 471 of IPC., in Crime No.21 of 2016, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the petitioners herein are not arrayed as accused in the above mentioned Crime No.21 of 2016. Further, he represented that the summons alone issued to these petitioners treating them as witnesses.

3. The said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent is recorded. Accordingly, apprehension of arrest does not arise. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
