ORDER
Seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3, particularly, third respondent to take legal action on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.01.2023, this criminal original petition is filed. 2.Consider the limited scope of the prayer, notice to the respondents 4 to 8 is dispensed with.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint as against the fourth respondent, who is her husband, and the respondents 5 to 8, alleging that they have inflicted serious acts of domestic violence upon the petitioner. Since no action has been taken by the respondent police on the petitioner's complaint, the above petition has been filed. 4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, on instuctions, submitted that in respect of the petitioner's complaint already CSR was issued in CSR.No.20 of 2026 on 19.01.2026.
5.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the following directions are issued:

On the complaint received from the petitioner, the third respondent Police shall issue written summons under Section 64 BNSS 2023, specifying the date, time and purpose of enquiry on the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 to 8. The enquiry shall be conducted as per the mandate of Lalitha Kumari's case and the same shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
