ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioners and the sixth respondent.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by the sixth respondent was registered as No.G3/30377/3792/2020 and posted for enquiry.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1251 of 2021 appearing for the petitioner contended that the fourth respondent/Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Theni District is acting against the petitioners at the instigation of the sixth respondent for the past three months and that the petitioners have also submitted a representation in this regard to the police. 4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610 with regard to the complaint lodged by the sixth respondent. Further, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.01.2020 based on findings and on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order.
