This Criminal Original petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 4th respondent not to interfere in respect of the property situated in Sy.Nos.268/1, 52/2, 52/5, 299/1 and 1997 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

at Kovilpatti Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District, which is subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.21/2015, on the file of the Sub-Court, Theni.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the civil dispute in O.S.No.21 of 2015 is pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Theni between the petitioner and the respondents 6 to 8 and that being so, the fourth respondent is frequently calling upon the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) has submitted that based on the complaint given by the respondents 6 to 8, an enquiry has been conducted and after enquiry, it was found that the matter is relating to the civil dispute and hence, the parties were directed to get remedy before the civil court and accordingly, the complaint was closed on 26.12.2017. 4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
