ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the show cause notice issued by the second respondent herein as to why their affiliation should not be cancelled. The writ petition also challenges the consequential order passed by the second respondent whereunder, the affiliation to the petitioner's college was cancelled. 2/5

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner and the second respondent now submit that new regulations came into force in the year 2014. As per the new regulations, the petitioner's college has been granted provisional affiliation by an order, dated 23.09.2021, by the first respondent and the same is continued as on today. Pursuant to the provisional affiliation granted by the first respondent, the second respondent University has also granted a continuation of provisional affiliation by an order, dated 23.09.2019.

3. In view of the subsequent orders passed by the respondents 1 and 2 herein, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. The writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. 21.09.2022 Index :
