O R D E R

This petition is filed to modify the condition in order dated 14.07.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.4698 of 2014 as to appear and sign before Vilakkuthoon Police Station, Madurai to any police station at Tuticorin.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that already investigation in crime No.439 of 2014 has been conducted and the same was closed as Action Dropped on 16.06.2014.

3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint.
