O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register an F.I.R on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 18.05.2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given complaint to the second respondent on 18.05.2015 stating that on 15.05.2015 at about 10.30 a.m., the proposed accused had attempted to trespass into his property situated in Survey No.24/4, Sannavanam Villag, but the second respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner in Current Paper No.133/2015, petition enquiry has been conducted and on 12.06.2015, the petitioner has not pressed the complaint and on that basis, enquiry has been closed.
