No.1276 of 2020 and CRL.RC(MD).No.423 of 2020 has passed an order as below: At the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1276 of 2020, list the matter for final disposal on 07.12.2021.

2.It is seen that on 28.01.2020, interim stay with regard to the trial proceedings has been ordered. But however, in Crl.R.C. (MD).No.423 of 2020, which was filed by one Mr.Gopala Krishnan, the trial Court was directed to complete the trial process within a period of four months. The order is dated 09.10.2020. Now a letter from the Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai, stating that so far 7 witnesses have been examined in this matter. the C.C.No.55 of 2013 pending on his file.

Let a report be called for from the concerned Court, whether the stay order that has been granted by this court has been reached or not.
