The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 09.07.2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given complaint to the second respondent on 09.07.2015 in respect of the offence under Sections 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C, but the second respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.194 of 2015, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 12.07.2015 and hence, prayed for dismissal of this petition.
