ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to cancel the drainage connection and the water tap connection granted to the second respondent.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent Corporation submitted that the mistake has been rectified and separate connection has been given and therefore, nothing survives in the present writ petition.
