O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register an F.I.R on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 30.05.2015.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 30.05.2015, a case in Crime No.252 of 2014 was registered by the second respondent police for the offence under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.252 of 2014 and file a final report in accordance with law.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
