ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2025 and to sub-divide the property and issue a joint patta in the petitioner's name.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled to sub-division of the subject property and issuance of a joint patta in his favour in accordance with law. The petitioner submitted a detailed representation dated 08.11.2025 before the fourth respondent seeking subdivision of the property and issuance of joint patta, along with all necessary documents. Despite receipt of the said representation, the fourth respondent has neither considered the same nor passed any order till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. Recording the above submission, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders after providing

reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and any other persons, who may be affected by such decision, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
